What is De-icing?
Especially at locations with high altitude and/or severe winter conditions, satellite dishes suffer physical deformation in the long run and lose their functionalities. The ice and snow accumulation on the satellite dish obstructs the communication at sites of severe icy and snowy locations.
For these reasons, in order to prevent ice and snow accumulation on the satellite dishes, methods and equipments are developed and some of these equipments have been patented.Our company developed a device which is, more adaptable to local conditions, easy to install and maintain, and which uses a special cloth against fire risk and patented it with its innovations.
Our systems is a device developed to heat VSAT antennas used in satellite communication, of different size and diameter. It is a heating equipment that prevents icing and snow accumulation on the satellite dishes which are installed at locations with high altitude and/or severe winter conditions.
